Dried Pure Cacao Fruit Juice

In each cacao fruit pod there are about 40 seeds.  Each seed is surrounded by a pulp.  This pulp has a fruity taste that can have an undertone of citrus, mango or even lychee.  We dehydrate this juice to create a puffy "candy" that melts in your mouth giving you a taste of the incredible cacao fruit.  Put in freezer to get a nice crunchy texture!
